Bostik HYTEC E570 ONE COAT is a two-part, solvent-free epoxy damp proof membrane supplied with the correct quantities of resin and hardener, ready for mixing.
Developed to suppress residual construction moisture in cementitious subfloors, including power-floated concrete and sand/cement screeds, a single coat can provide protection for subfloors with moisture levels of up to 99% RH.
It is also compatible with calcium sulphate (anhydrite) screeds with moisture readings of up to 87% RH, provided no underfloor heating is present.
All quoted moisture readings are based on testing carried out in accordance with BS 8203:2017 Annex B, using either a calibrated and insulated surface hygrometer or an in-situ hygrometer probe.
Bostik HYTEC E570 ONE COAT is suitable for use with warm water underfloor heating systems installed within cementitious screeds.
